Tracy Larroude, grew up in Columbia, SC and moved to Savannah 10 years ago. She is married to John Larroude, and has two young children, Jack and Lindsay Kate. After graduating from Belmont Abbey College she went on to The University of South Carolina where she obtained her Masters in Early Childhood Education. She was a school teacher in Savannah for 7 years before she began to help her husband in their real estate projects.

She obtained her real estate license, and together with her husband has developed the Gordonston Bungalows and they have built many of the homes in the neighborhood. They are now working on Palmetto Row, a neo traditional community, located between Sandfly and Isle of Hope. Although her career and family keeps her busy she likes to relax by reading and boating. She is a member of St. James Catholic Church and resides on Dutch Island.
